Yeman Textile Equipment History
Starting from Singapore
Yeman started its success story over 50 years ago, starting from its foundation in 1969 in Singapore.
Expanding into Hong Kong
In the early 1980s, Yeman established another office facility in Hong Kong. This office was established having the vision that the industrial development of China, a development that was very much the beginning of industrial modernisation in the China textile processing industry, was about to start.
During the 1980s and 1990s, Yeman represented about 20 high-level European textile machinery manufacturers in the Chinese market, making an enormous contribution to the development of the Chinese textile industry, while at the same time the business of those partners truly flourished.
European Specialists as Core Team
Around the turn of the century (the year 2000) Yeman ventured into the research, design and manufacturing of textile finishing machinery. This activity, based right from the start on German design standards and European quality level and involved from the beginning today till today the engagement f a team of European technicians and process specialists.
Woven Fabrics
The program for woven fabrics includes next to stenters machinery for desizing, scouring and bleaching, mercerizing, thermosol dyeing, pad steam dyeing, scouring of synthetic fabrics, polyester weight reduction, washing after dyeing, washing after printing and cylinder drying.
Weft Knitted Fabrics
The program for weft knitted fabrics includes continuous open width machinery for relaxation, demineralizing, scouring and bleaching, mercerizing, scouring of synthetic fabrics, cold pad batch dyeing, washing after dyeing and washing after printing.
Printing Equipment
In 2003, MBK became a member of Yeman Industries (Holdings) Ltd, having its principal offices in Hong Kong.
As a manufacturer of rotary screen printing machines, MBK was founded in 1977 in Kiefersfelden, Germany.
Yeman extended the production program with flat screen printing, digital printing systems and the complete range of required equipment for screen preparation. As a unique and highly special and patented revolution in big-repat printing the rotary screen printer called the MBK-9080 was introduced in 2019, having a repeat size of up to 2’500 mm for a maximum of 12 printing positions.

All machines are made according to the highest European standards and are always delivered with a CE- Conformité Européene – certificate, also guaranteeing all safety regulations as they apply in Europe as well as in many other parts of the world.
